Ingredient notes
Strawberries: Frozen is best for thickness; thaw slightly if your blender isn't high-powered. Fresh works too – just add 4-6 ice cubes. Always rinse strawberries, fresh or frozen.
Yogurt: Use Greek or regular, plain or vanilla. Substitute with a banana for creaminess if needed.
Milk: Whole milk makes it creamy, but any milk works, including almond milk. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk pairs great.
Sweetener: Adjust maple syrup, honey, or sugar to taste, based on strawberry sweetness.
Recipe tips
Consistency: Too thick? Add more milk. Too thin? Blend in ice cubes, more frozen strawberries or more yogurt.
Serve fresh: Best enjoyed immediately, but can chill for up to 2 hours.
