These easy Flower Pretzel Bites are the cutest spring treat! Made with pretzels, candy melts, and pastel M&M’s, they’re sweet, salty, and totally foolproof. Perfect for Easter baskets, party trays, or just a fun afternoon project with the kids!
2(10-oz) bagspastel M&M’s(~240 pieces; use 3 bags if you want optimal color sorting)
Instructions
Sort M&Ms: Before you begin, I recommend sorting your M&Ms by color if you want color-coordinated flowers! You need to work quickly once the candy melts are soft, so this makes it easier.
Preheat & prep: Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Make the base: Arrange ~30 snap pretzels on the baking sheet. Place one white candy melt on top of each pretzel. Bake for 2–3 minutes, just until the candy melts are softened but still hold their shape. Watch oven closely to prevent over-melting!
Decorate quickly: Remove from the oven and immediately press one M&M (M-side down) into the center of each softened candy melt. Surround it with 6 M&M’s to form flower petals, pressing gently to secure them.
Cool & set: Let the pretzels cool completely at room temperature, or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to speed up the process.
Notes
Don’t overbake the candy melts: You want them soft, not melted into a puddle.
Sort your M&M’s first: Trust me, it makes decorating 100x easier.
Use a light touch: Press the M&M’s in gently while the melts are still warm.
Cool completely: Chill for faster setting if needed.
