What you'll need
Flour, brown sugar, molasses, butter, vanilla, egg, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg and cloves.
Cream brown sugar and butter together.

Mix in egg and molasses.

Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Mix into the wet ingredients, then chill the dough.

Roll out dough and cut out cookies.

Space cookies out on lined cookie sheets and bake.
