Honey Teriyaki Lime Salmon Baked in Foil is an easy, clean eating dinner recipe. Just a few ingredients and ready in less than 30 minutes!
Baking salmon in foil is SO easy. But I do want to get up on my little soap box here right now and get all nerdy on you for a sec ?, so bear with me as I plead for using recycled aluminium foil.
We just waste too much of this stuff, and it takes a ton of resources to produce, so if you want to join me in high-fifing the heck out of your kitchen drawer, order this recycled aluminium foil from Amazon* for when you REALLY need some.
And P.S. if you feel like not using foil and still eating baked salmon, and also like eating allthesummerflavorsever, you can always make this One Sheet Pan Tuscan Baked Salmon and Veggies and be equally as dinner-happy.
Yep, dinner-happy. It’s a legit feeling.
How this recipe works
Now as you’re making this, you’ll notice how very easy it is. You’ll turn on your oven. Do not forget to turn on your oven, friend.
Then you’ll get your side of salmon, place it on a piece of foil and on a baking sheet. Skin side down, obviously.
Tuck a few slices of lime underneath, generously drizzle with sauce (store-bought or homemade teriyaki sauce both work), wrap up and bake.
P.S: It doesn’t matter if the foil doesn’t entirely cover the salmon, it’s merely a vessel to keep the sauce as tight around the fish as possible.
